What is a doula?
Doulas are nonclinical birth workers who are trained to provide physical, emotional, and informational support to pregnant women & families in the prenatal, birth, and postpartum periods. For example, doulas may help create birth plans, advocate for pregnant women during prenatal appointments, and provide support such as breath work and massage during labor.

Birth support services will be fully virtual in 2026. Postpartum Support is still available.

Acu-Postpartum Doula Support $1400
Postpartum Doula Support + Acupuncture
Complementary initial acupuncture consultation
6 at-home acupuncture sessions ($900 value)
Herbal medicine consultation (herbs sold separately)
6 Postpartum Moxibustion sessions - womb warming session (aka Mother Roasting)
Postpartum support 1x per week for the first 6 weeks (up to 90 minutes/appointment)
6 additional weeks of postpartum support (virtually)
Cupping included for each visit as needed
The 6 mother-roasting sessions will be combined with the 6 postpartum visits as these only take 10-15 minutes each.
All services in the package must be used by month two of the postpartum phase.
1-on-1 Birth Support Package
$395
This includes prenatal meetings to help you prepare for your labor, delivery, and postpartum phase.
Prenatal meetings (60-90 minutes)
1st meeting: Informed consent, your birthing rights, and how to prepare your body for birth
2nd meeting: Birth plans, birth preferences, labor prep & comfort measures (preparing for your home, birth center, or hospital birth)
3rd meeting: postpartum preparation, breastfeeding, and guidance what to do when baby arrives
Postpartum calls (10-30 minutes)
Up to 6 calls to check in on you after your baby has arrived. You can talk about anything here.
Access to my digital doula library with evidence-based information as well as the Rights Over Your Birth Packet from Sacred Birth Doula ($300 value)
If you are in the Houston area the labor prep & comfort measures meeting can be held in person
1-on-1 birth support call (virtual) $95
